“Be yourself always, in all ways”

Many people come into therapy with a preconceived notion about how therapy has gone for them, how it’s supposed to go, and/or how it will go if they’ve never been. My greatest philosophy is that in order to experience therapy in its purest form, the first step is to let go of those expectations, & come willing to explore something new. Whomever you are, as beautiful or ugly as you assume, your full self is welcome right here.

Through genuine empathy and connection, I hope to create a safe space for you to discover and create your identity. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT). They allow me to assist clients dealing with issues such as substance abuse, maladaptive behaviors, severe anxiety, grief, profound trauma, relational conflict, and much more.

As we explore the movie of your life, I hope you we can make it a film experience you are proud to share. I am excited to meet you and look forward to our work together.
