I believe that meeting people where they in their journey and holding a mirror to their strengths is the first step in helping to navigate whatever comes your way. Through an eclectic therapeutic approach, I assist my clients with developing healthy coping strategies to address life transition, relational concerns, career, stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Understanding that starting, or returning to counseling can feel stressful, I leave space for clients to share in a manner that feels comfortable and safe. I provide psychoeducation, individual, couples, and family therapy and enjoy working with diverse populations.
