In our crazy world today where something always seems to demand our attention…I know firsthand how easily overwhelmed one can become. Now more than ever, it is vicariously important to stay on top of your own self-care, as we continue to navigate through these ever-changing times.
As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I have worked in the field of human services for three years, utilizing a strengths based and person in environment approach to address topics such as: trauma, depression and anxiety, women’s issues, domestic violence, abuse and neglect and family services. I am also passionate about providing quality treatment to minorities, LGBTQIA+, and vulnerable populations and here to help you demolish personal barriers and empower you with skills to propel you forward towards accomplishing your goals and dreams.
I firmly believe that we as a people are consistently evolving and with the right tools, we can achieve the epitome of our best selves. As a helping professional, I understand how the thought of talking to a stranger about your personal life can seem daunting and even scary. However, I aim to provide an environment for you that is judgment free and will allow you to feel heard and respected while still ensuring that your voice and journey is the priority.
When I’m not working, I enjoy exercising my own self-care by going for a walk in the park, watching a good movie or spending time with family and friends. I look forward to getting to know you!
