There’s a certain pressure nowadays where it seems like we must have every aspect of our lives in order all the time. Often, it seems like we’re not allowed to slow down and pause to take a breath or look around. I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor that would love to offer a space of rest and reflection that leads to inner healing and growth. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach which means I do not believe there is a “one size fits all” method. I like to take things at my clients’ pace and adjust my style accordingly so that it feels right for my clients. I am able to hold a safe space for people of all ages and demographics, where voices are heard, and an effort is made to lessen the burden they carry.

In addition to therapy, I am able to conduct assessments, provide psychoeducation, and make treatment plans to meet personal goals. With proper, professional care life doesn’t always have to be so hard, and the grass doesn’t always have to be greener on the other side.
