Radiant Therapy, LLC is a thriving new private practice looking to hire a motivated, skilled, and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist committed to delivering high quality care. We are always looking for a energetic and passionate professional looking to impact their community through mental health. Radiant Therapy offers full-time and part-time opportunities as an independent contractor.

Here at Radiant Therapy, we believe in team collaboration and training to develop our professional skills to best address the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide clinical, therapeutic services to individual clients and families that include: individual, family, group therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning

  • Maintain timely and satisfactory documentation of all treatment and progress which adheres to standards and regulations of COMAR, Radiant Therapy, LLC, and their respective licensing board.

  • Maintain ethical standards per their licensure and provide professional services with the mission and values of Radiant Therapy, LLC

  • Follows and implements Radiant Therapy, LLC’s Policy & Procedure and safety rules

  • All other duties assigned

License/Certification:

  • Licensed in Maryland as a: LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or MFT  license, with competitive compensation based on experience and licensing

  • Experience and training in a wide variety of treatment techniques and modalities
